How to dress

As you know, Lapland belongs to the Arctic Circle and this means that it could be very cold during the winter season. You will need very warm clothes: gloves, hut and a very warm jacket. Any way, you can find all the necessary equipment in Äkäslompolo's and Ylläsjärvi's shops and we guarantee the quality of goods.

Our warmest season is the summer one from June to August. It could be 20 - 25 degrees warm, but it is possible to have a colder weather, and so we advise you to have always warm pullover and a jacket with you.

Autumn and spring time are seasons in which the sun shines brightly in the sky, but it could be also very cold. We advise you to bring warm pullover and jacket and enjoy the colorful seasons.

For outdoor activities we will provide you all necessary suitable clothes on disposal of the customer.
